I like "Cowboy" shirts and I have lots of them. I bought this Abilene one size up at XXL to be a shirt jacket, not so much an actual shirt. I have the same shirt in black XL as a standard shirt. There are some tick marks on the pockets, probably added for the patina wear effect. The false wear doesn't really add any character to the shirt and I'd be happier to earn the wear marks.
