RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For Full Priced Items: To request an exchange or return, please click here for our return portal to purchase a shipping label.
Product must be sent back in original/sale-able condition. It must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors. Product must be in original packaging, with tags still attached.
If the product do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
We can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size or color.
If the item is no longer available and you would like to exchange for another item on our website, please follow our steps to return your product for a refund, and place a new order.
Allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be reflected on your bank history.
We do not offer credit notes, and all refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL SALE ITEMS
Please be aware all international orders outside U.S.A. may be subject to sales tax, import duties and custom charges at the receiver's expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country. Please contact your local customs for further information.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
