Shipping and Returns
Rowan offers free shipping for orders in the US on purchases of $150 or more. Orders below $150 will be shipped via USPS standard rates.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Rowan, we are committed to getting it right. And part of that is making it as easy as possible to make right what has fallen short. Shopping online can feel mechanical and faceless but behind the website, we are real people and we will be responsive.
We offer 365-day returns. That means take your time. No rush. We will gladly take back your purchase anytime within a year so long as it meets the requirements below.

Not happy with the color or it’s the wrong size? We’ll cover the cost of the shipping on your exchange. However, for returns, shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Allow up to 15 business days for refunds to be reflected on your bank history.
We do not offer credit notes, and all refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
For large sales, corporate sales, costume for productions, etc., please contact email@example.com. These orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All wholesale orders are final. 50% non-refundable deposit required to place into production. Balance due prior to shipping.
The product you’re returning must be in original/sale-able condition. It must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered and free from any odors. Product must be in original packaging with tags still attached. If the product does not fit these requirements, it will be sent back at your expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition. Product purchased as a bundle, e.g. free tee with denim purchase, must be returned complete for full refund. If part of the order is kept it will be charged at full price.
Please be aware all international orders outside U.S.A. may be subject to sales tax, import duties and custom charges at the receiver's expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country. Please contact your local customs for further information.
