RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Rowan, we are committed to getting it right. And part of that is making it as easy as possible to make right what has fallen short. Shopping online can feel mechanical and faceless but behind the website, we are real people and we will be responsive.
We offer 365-day returns. That means take your time. No rush. We will gladly take back your purchase anytime within a year so long as it meets the requirements below.
And it’s as simple as this: To request an exchange or return, email email@example.com. Include your order number and the reason for exchanging or returning and we will walk you through the process.
Not happy with the color or it’s the wrong size? We’ll cover the cost of the shipping on your exchange.
The product you’re returning must be in original/sale-able condition. It must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered and free from any odors. Product must be in original packaging with tags still attached. If the product does not fit these requirements, it will be sent back at your expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
We can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size or color. If the item is no longer available and you would like to exchange for another item on our website, please follow our steps to return your product for a refund, and place a new order.
Allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be reflected on your bank history.
We do not offer credit notes, and all refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
Please be aware all international orders outside U.S.A. may be subject to sales tax, import duties and custom charges at the receiver's expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country. Please contact your local customs for further information.
