  • The Jalen Utility Trouser, our every day, everywhere pant is cut from a soft stretch cotton twill with a slimming high waist fit, straight leg, and cropped hem to perfectly expose sneakers or a bootie with a block heel. This utilitarian trouser is rooted in military design with a modern silhouette is endlessly versatile and can be paired with any of our tees, shirts or bodysuits.

    With our rich Heritage Wash dye process, the Jalen has fading at seams and distressing at edges done by hand for a one-of-a-kind unique vintage military wash.

    The Hollywood waistband construction hugs the waist with functional side waist-tabs with metal rivet reinforcement for added cinching. Multiple angled darts visually slim your lower back. The five pockets, including deep rectangular front pockets, a vertical coin pocket at your right and two back patch pockets make for true utility.

Sturdy and comfortable

I work at a horseback riding tour company in Hawaii. Besides working in the office, I'm around horses, grooming, tacking up, etc. These pants are comfortable, cooler than jeans and look good. The pull tabs near the pockets are kinda useless. I'm petite and the length is just right for wearing boots.

I have been looking all over for a pair of pants that look cool and are comfortable for climbing around a plane to preflight and for flying for several hours with a kneeboard. Styling details are perfection, especially the button fly. I'm absolutely obsessed with these and ordering more colors. I hover between a 28/29 in most brands. Ended up keeping the 28. They were snug at first but loosened up quite a bit after a couple of hours of wear.

Obsessed

I am a pretty standard size 6 without a lot of curve, but these do all the right things! Support and comfort, great fabric and super cute! The color Uniform Green is so fun to mix up and size 28 wears well all day! Fit them snug as they do allow for some breathing space through the day.
