The Asher is the base of our daily uniform, our workhorse. It’s not tight and it’s not baggy. Now available in a luxurious slub cotton, it’s washed to feel like a shirt you’ve always had yet rugged enough to know it’s going to be with you for some time to come. The Asher is a blank canvas for you to create your own legacy.
Slub cotton is made from yarn that is twisted with variable tensions to create uneven highs and lows in a subtle horizontal striping and a luxurious lofty yet breezy texture.
Our Heritage Wash process involves hand pigment dying and enzyme washing to create a supremely soft, lived-in, vintage finish. Due to this process, some variation of color between batches can be expected. The result is a unique garment that continues to soften and add character with time and washing.

Fit as described, runs true to size. It's a modern fit with a longer torso and without the absurd vanity sizing. I'm a fan of the larger front pocket. The material is soft and light, great for warm weather but still feels well-made. My one gripe is that I want this shirt in other colors, but they're always out of stock.
