The Asher is the base of our daily uniform, our workhorse. It’s not tight and it’s not baggy. Now available in a luxurious slub cotton, it’s washed to feel like a shirt you’ve always had yet rugged enough to know it’s going to be with you for some time to come. Slub cotton is made from yarn that is twisted with variable tensions to create uneven highs and lows in a subtle horizontal striping and a luxurious lofty yet breezy texture.
Our Heritage Wash process involves hand pigment dying and enzyme washing to create a supremely soft, lived-in, vintage finish. Due to this process, some variation of color between batches can be expected. The result is a unique garment that continues to soften and add character with time and washing.

I came across Rowan on social media and decided to stop by on a whim after moving back to San Diego. I had been a dedicated fan of James Perse and Sunspel prior and had very high expectations. I have to say that Rowan tees and trousers set a new bar for me. The quality is top notch, they wash/dry well and aren’t nearly as pricey as some of the other top men’s casual brands. Rowan is my new go to and I’ve already replaced all of my day to day pieces. Absolutely recommend.
