Quality of material is outstanding. This dress does cling. I went up a size and still fits clingy. I am 5'3" and was able hem it - would have. been down to my ankles.
I really do love this dress. fits nicely. its casual but a little sexy with the slip so can be dressed up a little for a nicer dinner
